Robes are provided but guests can bring their own if they wish.

Gift certificates can be made online. A gift certificate is only valid for up to 6 months. When booking your certificate make sure all of the contact details are entered so that in the event the certificate is lost we can still track a digital copy in our records.

Gifts can be purchased at our boutique on-site. You can also purchase some of the products we use for treatments. They are ideal for gifts or simply as a little treat for yourself.

Do Registered massage therapists provide insurance receipts?

Yes. After the massage a receipt with the practitioner’s information will be sent after payment. Guests are to submit this info to their insurance.
Do relaxation and body treatments include insurance receipts?

No. These are done by estheticians and usually aren’t covered by insurance.
For treatments arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time. This time is used for forms in the event of them not being filled out ahead of time, to change and to relax. So, for example for a 10 am appoint we request guests arrive at 9:45.

If guests are expecting to be more than 15 minutes late, we ask they contact us. Arriving late will impact service time. A no-show will result in a full charge.

Tips are left to the guest’s discretion.
